So I reached out to the staff of Kyle Sherburne's office and they were able to get me almost half of what I would have been paying with the previous company. Theresa helped me and was extremely responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!"

"I was initially happy with my rate and service in the beginning of this year. When I renewed in summer, they raised it by $100 with no accidents or explanation for the raise. I can never seem to get an answer from this team unless it is their payment reminders. I pay this location $195 for one driver with no driving history to explain this raise in price. Paying nearly $200 per month, you would think the customer service would be better. I was late on a payment, communicated to Jaclyn that I would pay on a specific pay date and she said she noted it on the account - they still cancelled my policy the day before & did not answer any of my questions in regards to pricing or my policy when I responded to her. No point in communicating with them, they are only worried about money here, not actually helping their customers. Surprise. Sidenote: I never leave bad reviews, but this is a bit ridiculous from a corporate insurance company. I am sure they will respond with excuses or reasons to disregard this comment - my advice, save your money and the stress - do not choose here."

"Stay away from this office. Kyle is seemingly never there and his staff just aren't taking care of business. Had my first at fault auto incident on my vehicle that has been insured with State farm since I bought it new. My rental coverage ran out 2 weeks ago and State farm still hasn't issued the money necessary to repair the car. So we're down to sharing one small car with a family of six. This doesn't seem to be a priority. I've asked for timely updates on progress which has simply not been happening. Weeks go by, no progress, no communication, no accountability. They are diligent about trying to sell me a life insurance policy though. Good grief."

"This agency let me down in failing to even return my call after a rather minor claim. Can't imagine what a nightmare it would be if I'd been involved in a larger claim. Amazed that I pay an inflated premium for agent representation and yet, can't even get a reply email/phone call from that agent. State Farm sure has declined from the days when my parents were loyal to them and in the 20 years I've had them. Insurance is a saturated market and I'm excited about changing to a new underwriter soon enough. Thanks for nothing, Kyle Sherburne/State Farm."
